The brief

Visualize Hospitality was chosen to photograph the interiors of several independent fine-dining venues in Da Nang and Hoi An.

The venues

Si Dining, a contemporary Italian restaurant in Da Nang listed in the MICHELIN Guide; Vincognito, an Italian wine bar and trattoria in an Art Deco villa in Hoi An’s old town; and Hidden Thaiger, its Thai sister restaurant next door.

The approach

Restaurants are lit differently from hotels. Each room had to look like somewhere you would want to sit at the hour it is actually busy, not like an empty set at midday.
